What is the status of Cisco’s REM?
Cisco has already announced its end-of-sale and end-of-life dates for the Cisco Remote Expert Mobile/Remote Expert Co-browse (REM). This EoL announcement has created interest in some with REM integrations to look for an alternative solution to either supplement or replace their Cisco REM implementations. Of interest are the following dates:
• Date announcing the end-of-sale and end-of-life of Cisco REM: January 11, 2019
• Last date Cisco Engineering may release any final software maintenance releases or bug fixes: February 11, 2020
How can CBA’s Live Assist product help?

Cisco’s REM product is actually a re-branded version of the Live Assist product, built from the original source code that CafeX created and now is solely owned and maintained by CBA.
